Shipping Method

All Codibook orders are shipped out from our Korea warehouses to your country by Air Freight.
Codibook uses DHL, UPS, SF-express according to the condition of destinations to provide door-to-door service.
It may take 5~10 days and may be delayed in some circumstances

International Shipping Fee

International shipping is different depending on the delivery country and parcel’s weight.
Each item’s estimated weight is calculated and estimated international shipping fee is included in your payment once you place your order.

Customs Information

Codibook try to package the products in the best conditions to increase the chances of smooth customs transition.
Customs may require you to submit additional documentation for the custom clearance, including without limitation: Copy of Identification Card and Power of Attorney. Failure to provide required documentation may result in customs clearance delay or rejection.

Out Of Stock

In case, the ordered items are out of stock, we will refund the out of stock amount back to you (partial or full refund) after notification. Paypal & Credit card refund may take a couple of weeks depending on the credit card company.
