Why do I not receive Codibook's respond on my email?

If you write us an email and do not receive reply for more than 3 business days (weekend&holidays not included), your email may be sent to the spam folder or missing. 

It is a rare situation; however, if you face this problem, we recommend you to go to helpdesk (app)/ help (desktop)
